The 13th edition of the Palestine International Book Fair is set to commence on Thursday, September 7, at the National Library in Ramallah. This grand event boasts the participation of 390 esteemed publishing houses and agencies, hailing from both local and Arab regions, including Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Tunisia, and Saudi Arabia, as well as contributions from countries like Turkey, Italy, Britain, and Canada.

Spanning an expansive area of over 6,500 square meters, this book fair will showcase a remarkable collection of more than 61,000 titles, marking it as the largest exhibition in the history of the Palestine Book Fair. In addition to this literary abundance, the fair will feature dedicated pavilions for various government institutions, centers, civil society groups, and diverse cultural settings.

The fair will also pay tribute to literary luminaries, including the late Salma al-Jayousi and the late poet Zakaria Mohammad. Moreover, attendees can enjoy an engaging art walkway, where each day an artist will showcase their creations, alongside a dedicated children’s and theater corner for added cultural enrichment.
