Mohammed Bin Rashid Knowledge Foundation Signs MoU with Shandong Publishing

The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shandong Publishing, one of the largest publishing groups in China. Under the terms of the agreement, the two entities will partner to launch joint knowledge initiatives, publish titles, translate works from and into Arabic and Chinese, and distribute publications around the world.

Signed in Jinan City, Shandong Province of China, the MoU will see Shandong Publishing provide the Dubai Digital Library with books and magazines in Chinese, as well as cooperate under the Dubai International Writing Programme through the UAE-China writer exchange.
Shandong Publishing Group comprises nine publishing houses, one digital sound and video publishing house, one digital publishing company and two publishing houses for periodical journals. Its titles are concentrated on economic, social, literary, artistic and technological spheres, as well as children’s literature. The Shandong Group also provides printing and translation services for other publishing houses.
