Al Khartoum International Book Fair Hosts 220 Publishing Houses

The 13th edition of Al Khartoum International Book Fair, taking place at the Fair Complex, Berri in the capital of Sudan, and continuing until the 29th of October, 2017 represents the gateway of the Arabic book fairs season in the African continent, which continues until February 2018.

This year’s edition of the fair will host Egypt as the Guest of Honour and features a significant number of Egyptian publishers. Hundreds of thousands of Sudanese people are expected to visit, in particular university students, intellectuals, academics and those who have a thirst for new titles and books in all fields.
