Sharjah International Book Fair brings together thriller fans

An exciting three-day thriller extravaganza will take place at Expo Centre Sharjah during the 41st Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF).

ThrillerFest, a premier event targeting thriller fans, authors, and publishing professionals, will debut at SIBF 2022 in partnership with the New York ThrillerFest.

Over three days, the 41st SIBF will bring together some of the world’s foremost crime and suspense authors and experts and offer bestselling international authors the opportunity to meet regional fans.

The all-star lineup at the 2022 edition of SIBF’s ThrillerFest includes Lisa Gardner, master of the psychological thriller and a #1 New York Times bestselling American novelist; Gregg Hurwitz,  a NYT bestselling author of 23 thrillers, including the ORPHAN X series; and D.J. Palmer, author of numerous critically acclaimed suspense novels, including The New Husband and The Perfect Daughter, will also share their storytelling techniques and strategies for crafting the build up to a dramatic climax at SIBF 2022.

Authors Kathleen Antrim, best-selling author of the political thriller Capital Offense, and Heather Graham Pozzessere, an American romantic suspense and Gothics author, will also be present at SIBF 2022 to meet fans and budding writers.

Through this new addition to SIBF’s extensive agenda, new and established writers will gain a deeper understanding of the thriller genre and have the opportunity to showcase their work, participate in informative discussions, workshops, author book signings, and make lasting industry contacts.
