Indian actor Dia Mirza is embarking on a new creative journey as she develops a five-book children’s series inspired by her personal experiences, values, and long-standing love for storytelling. The project marks a significant shift in her artistic path, allowing her to channel her worldview into stories crafted to spark curiosity, nurture imagination, and offer meaningful reflections for young readers.

Coinciding with her birthday this year, Dia Mirza is preparing to enter the world of children’s literature for the first time. She is currently working on the development of the series, which is expected to be released in 2026, with further details to be revealed in the lead-up to publication. This move highlights her intention to broaden her creative presence beyond acting by contributing to a genre that shapes early learning and emotional awareness.

Mirza described writing for children as deeply rewarding, noting that her son Avyaan was the first to hear the stories. “This milestone means the world to me, but creating for young minds has been incredibly special,” she said. “Avyaan is too excited, I have already read the stories to him and can’t wait to see them come alive with illustrations. I’ll be able to share more when the publishers are ready.” Her comments reflect a sincere commitment to inspiring the next generation through stories filled with warmth, imagination, and purpose.
