The publishing house (Arab Press Agency – Publishers) contributes to enriching the Arabic publishing movement. Its publications cover a wide range of fields, and it participates in both international and Arab book fairs.

A press institution with the primary goal of exploring what lies behind the news, in the context of media competition dominated by internet culture and oversimplification. It operates through an institutional service based on independent and free thought and approach, supporting the Arab perspective on all issues. This is grounded in the agency’s material and moral independence since its founding in June 1987 as a limited liability company in London. In October 2006, the agency became an Egyptian joint-stock company in accordance with the laws governing journalism in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Its main headquarters is in Cairo, both administratively and editorially, and it holds the privilege of publishing independent newspapers, starting with the weekly independent newspaper Sawt Al-Balad (Voice of the Country).
