Founded in 2008, it is the first fully independent young publishing house dedicated to producing cultural and intellectual books for Arab youth and readers.

The house is considered the first in the Arab world to achieve widespread reach through social media networks.

It is ranked among the most important and best Egyptian publishing houses. In 2019, it was honored by the Egyptian Publishers Association as one of the most pioneering and influential publishing houses, receiving a shield of recognition from the Association and the Minister of Culture.

The house has published around 300 titles, ranging from various types of novels to intellectual and knowledge-based books.

It has won 10 awards in poetry, short stories, and novels across several editions of the Sawiris Cultural Award, one of the most prestigious literary prizes in Egypt.

The house consistently tops bestseller lists in Egypt and several Arab capitals. Over the years, its publications have regularly occupied bestseller rankings.

In 2018, the house turned to translation projects from different languages, bringing works that won the admiration of readers. These were presented in an impressive way tailored to Arab readers, especially the youth.
