Harry Potter First Edition Up to £150k

Harry Potter And the Philosopher’s Stone is expected to fetch up to £150,000 when it is auctioned in November 2022.

Daniel Radcliffe’s Hero Wand from the 2001 film is also being auctioned off alongside the book for an estimated £30,000. Film and TV memorabilia company Propstore will auction both items at an auction that includes treasures from many blockbuster movies.

The auction will take place from November 3-6, with over 1500 lots estimated to sell for over £11 million. Among the most highly valued items include actor Christopher Reeve’s complete costume from the Superman franchise (from 1978-1987), which is estimated at between £250,000 and £500,000.

Between £150,000 and £250,000 are the estimated values of Dave Prowse’s screen-matched Darth Vader gloves from 1977 sci-fi classic Star Wars : A New Hope. Bidding will take place at Bafta 195 Piccadilly, in central London, as well as online or by telephone.
