Cette promenade d\u00e9bute \u00e0 la maison natale de Johann Wolfgang Goethe sur le Gro\u00dfer Hirschgraben, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;auteur composa Les Souffrances du jeune Werther et les premi\u00e8res esquisses de Faust. \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, le Mus\u00e9e du romantisme allemand expose des manuscrits, des dessins et des objets personnels. Ce rapprochement r\u00e9v\u00e8le la naissance des \u0153uvres, de l&rsquo;\u00e9criture manuscrite jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la rencontre des arts dans l&rsquo;imagination cr\u00e9atrice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le trajet se poursuit vers l&rsquo;\u00e9glise Saint-Paul, haut lieu d&rsquo;histoire culturelle. \u00c9difice symbole de reconstruction apr\u00e8s la Seconde Guerre mondiale, le site accueillit le premier rassemblement des \u00e9diteurs en 1949 et abrite chaque ann\u00e9e la remise du Prix de la paix des libraires allemands. Plus loin, au bord du Main, la Maison de la litt\u00e9rature (Literaturhaus Frankfurt) occupe l&rsquo;ancienne biblioth\u00e8que municipale reconstruite. Lieu de rencontres, de d\u00e9bats et de lectures, cette institution insuffle une vie contemporaine aux textes en pr\u00e9sence des auteurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de cette semaine festive, le festival OPEN BOOKS enrichit la ville du 6 au 10 octobre avec des conf\u00e9rences gratuites autour du R\u00f6merberg et dans divers espaces culturels. La d\u00e9ambulation s&rsquo;ach\u00e8ve ainsi au milieu des livres et des voix de leurs cr\u00e9ateurs.
