Le premier laur\u00e9at recevra cette distinction lors du Salon du livre de Francfort le mercredi 7 octobre. \u00c0 cette occasion, Gvantsa Jobava, pr\u00e9sidente de l&rsquo;Union internationale des \u00e9diteurs, exprime sa volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;apporter de l&rsquo;espoir et de l&rsquo;inspiration gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette s\u00e9lection inaugurale. Selon elle, ces d\u00e9marches exemplaires montrent la voie pour mener ce combat essentiel et tirer un enseignement pr\u00e9cieux de ces exp\u00e9riences sur le terrain.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Jessica S\u00e4nger, responsable du comit\u00e9 pour la libert\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9dition au sein de l&rsquo;organisation, \u00e9voque un v\u00e9ritable privil\u00e8ge lors de l&rsquo;examen des candidatures re\u00e7ues. Elle salue la grande diversit\u00e9 des structures engag\u00e9es dans la protection de la parole libre, des entreprises priv\u00e9es aux coalitions ainsi qu&rsquo;aux associations.
