Son d\u00e9part co\u00efncide avec la cl\u00f4ture du festival bicentenaire RSL 200, marquant une \u00e9tape importante pour cette institution historique. Daljit Nagra, pr\u00e9sident de la SRL, ach\u00e8vera \u00e9galement son mandat de quatre ans le 15 janvier, lors de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale annuelle o\u00f9 seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s les r\u00e9sultats de la premi\u00e8re revue de gouvernance en 204 ans d\u2019histoire. Cette revue vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la transparence et le fonctionnement de l\u2019organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sous la direction de Rosenberg, la SRL a connu des transformations majeures. Elle a supervis\u00e9 des initiatives comme 40 Under 40, int\u00e9grant une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019\u00e9crivains, et le programme RSL Open, qui promeut la diversit\u00e9 litt\u00e9raire. Elle a \u00e9galement lanc\u00e9 six nouveaux prix, notamment le Sky Arts RSL Writers Awards et le Prix de l\u2019Entente Litt\u00e9raire. Rosenberg a doubl\u00e9 le nombre de vice-pr\u00e9sidents, accueillant des figures de renom comme Simon Armitage et Mary Beard, et renforc\u00e9 les fonds de la SRL \u00e0 un niveau historique.
