The center strives to expand the space for free dialogue and deepen serious intellectual discussions, adhering to the ethics of human diversity and the values of rigorous scientific research. It explores questions and issues related to civilizational revival, working to address them by leveraging advancements in scientific and social knowledge. This approach bridges the insights of revelation with the frameworks of human sciences, fostering a creative interaction between them.

The center is part of the Nohoud Waqf for Development Studies, a family endowment (Al-Zumei Family) established in Kuwait on June 5, 1996. It aims to contribute to advancing intellectual, cultural, and developmental discourse, pushing it toward new horizons and dimensions.
