Founded in 1986 by Dr. Abdel Rahman Tawfik, an international and regional expert in administrative development and human resource advancement, PMEC-Professional Management Expertise Center
has established itself as a leader in the field of training and human development.

PMEC specializes in training and HR development, providing administrative consultancy services, publishing and distributing leading administrative thought and best practices—both Arab and international—in the field of training and development. The center also offers integrated solutions, including the preparation and development of training packages for trainers and training centers, qualification and accreditation services for companies, production of educational and training films, e-learning solutions, and the management and organization of exhibitions and conferences.

PMEC has significantly contributed to laying the foundations of the training and development profession across the Arab region through numerous achievements and tangible progress. It continues to offer a diverse range of services and products, inviting clients to explore its full offerings.
