Arab Thought Foundation Donates 17,000 Books to Public Libraries in Lebanon

Beirut-based Arab Thought Foundation announced a donation of more than 17,000 books distributed to about 90 titles in favor of the National Library in Lebanon to supplement the library’s shelves in its main branch in the Lebanese capital, as well as the public libraries and partner cultural centers in different Lebanese regions.

More than 125 libraries will benefit from the initiative, which was first launched in 2000 thanks to the efforts of Prince Khaled Al-Faisal. The donation included titles in Arabic, French, Chinese, Hindi and Spanish, including children and youth books, and various reference and encyclopedia works.
