Jeddah International Book Fair grows to include more publishing houses and countries

The Supreme Committee of the Jeddah International Book Fair will increase the number of publishing houses taking part in the event in December by nearly 15% from 440 to 500. The amount of participating countries will also grow from 21 to 27.

The decision was announced during a meeting headed by Prince Mishaal bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Jeddah and Chairman of Supreme Committee of Jeddah International Book Fair. During the meeting, which was held at his office in the Governorate of Jeddah, the committee discussed a series of issues related to the fair’s development.
