#1 New York Times Bestseller Fire and Fury Speeds up Printing Before Impending Legal Action

US publisher Henry Holt, released Michael Wolff’s Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House on January 5, in an attempt to sell more copies of the book before a possible cease of its publication by a legal action. The book was released by the publisher four days before the predetermined deadline after a threat of legal action by US President Donald Trump to stop its publication.

Michael Wolff’s amusing, incisive, and maybe not-so-surprising exposé on the Trump administration highlights unflattering descriptions of Trump’s behaviour and chaotic interactions among senior White House staff.

The controversial book portrays the US President as “inappropriate to take office” and describes the situation at the White House as “chaotic”. In his book, Wolff says that Trump never wanted to be president and did not expect to win the 2016 presidential election. In his reaction, Trump said the book is full of lies.

Soon after hitting the stands, the book has created global sensation; the type associated with J.K. Rowling’s works. “The book is already in its eleventh printing,” cited publisher Henry Holt, saying that 1.4 hardcover copies have been ordered and they are printing copies as fast as they can.
